Account Registration & Management

To create an account on 17bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Any attempt to open an account with false information will result in immediate closure of that account and possible forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be cancelled and all funds will be forfeited.

2.2 Account Verification

To ensure security, 17bd may request official documents for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.3 Password & Security

• Keep your login credentials completely private — do not share them with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 17bd immediately.
• 17bd will not be held responsible for third-party access to your account.
• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.

2.4 Account Closure

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Self-exclusion requests under responsible gaming are also accepted.

Age Requirements

17bd is a platform for users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. If false information is provided to verify age, the account will be cancelled and all winnings will be forfeited.

To protect minors from gambling, 17bd regularly conducts age verification processes. Identity documents may be requested in suspicious cases.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if the required verification has not been completed or if unusual activity is suspected.

4.4 Account Ownership

The account used for deposits and withdrawals must match the ownership of the 17bd account. Transactions from wallets registered under a third party's name will not be accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

17bd offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,500. Depositing ৳8,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 and a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place bets totalling 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and the bonus. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered to make the bonus winnings withdrawable.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is applicable once per person.
• Certain games may be excluded from bets placed with bonus funds — see the details of each offer.
• Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• Using multiple accounts or group betting to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• 17bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus at any time.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and market has specific minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly stated on the game page. 17bd reserves the right to change the betting limits for any player.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical problem occurs during a game, 17bd reserves the right to void the result of that round and refund the bet amount. Server logs will be treated as the definitive record.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Each market and event has its own rules, which are stated on the market page. In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was confirmed will apply.

6.4 Live Betting

The live betting section allows bets to be placed while a game is in progress. Odds or markets may be suspended due to network delays. In such situations, 17bd's decision is final.

VIP Program

17bd's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. By playing regularly, you can move up to higher tiers and receive more benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

To receive VIP benefits, the account must be in good standing and all platform terms must be followed. 17bd reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time. VIP status may be revoked in the event of any breach of terms.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on 17bd:

• Operating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit system errors or bugs to increase winnings.
• Playing on behalf of a third party or using their funds.
• Attempting to attack or breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.

Limitation of Liability

17bd aims to provide the best possible service on the platform, however there are limits to liability in certain areas.

9.1 Service Disruptions

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party causes. 17bd is not liable for any losses resulting from this. However, efforts will be made to restore the service as soon as it becomes possible.

9.2 Third-Party Services

9.3 Wins and Losses
